Day 1

Arriving in ouarzazate. Flight over Casablanca to ouarzazate or direct flight from paris.

Day 2

We drive by car through the valley of tousand Kasbahs to Tinghir. yellow - redish desert valleys change with green Palmerais and little Kasbahs villages in there middle. In Tinghir we drive in the gorge of Todra. at the end of the gorge the 300 meter high rock let just a little passige. the spring water from the gorge make the whole palmgardens of Tinghir green. we continue by car to the horses. a 3,5 hour ride brings us to rissani wehre we stay in the hotel over night.

Day 3

In the morning you will visit the town of Rissani. a short drive brings us to the Mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif, the first king of the dinasty of the Alaouiten. then you still will have time tpo go over the souks. after lunch we ride through the palmeraie. Little sanddunes changes with big planes where you can canter for ever. Camp in the oasis of Thinghras - the place wich is famous for many desertfilms.

Day 4

magic desert - little sanddunes, black mountains, lonely palmtrees. through the white desert we ride towards the black mouzntains. then suddenly you can see the red sanddunes. then we reach a black plane. endles galops brings us to the lake of srij. After a rain the water stayes in the plane. Many birds will live by this lake sometimes even the pink Flamingo. the auberge you will stay over night stanfds direct beside the sanddunes.

Day 5

today we ride the horses along the big sanddunes to Erg Chebbi. It's fascinating to ride through the big ocean of sand. The dunes are on some places up to 200 meters high. some little bits we canter over small sanddunes. it's a special feeling! the horses take all there force to galopp up and the suddenly the fast and easy going douwn! at lunch we arrive in the auberge of Erg Cheppi. The horses stays there and after a good rest we will leave with camels into the hard of the sanddunes. there in the middle we will find some black nomade tents.there is still time to climp up the sanddunes to enjoy the sunset. it's a magnificient view over the ocean of sanddunes and far away the red sun will slowly disapear behind a mounatin chane. a tipical meal is waiting for us in the black nomade tent, where we will pass also the night. it's a real adventure to stay for one night as the nomades.

Day 6

early in the morning before the sunrise you might stand up to climp again on the sanddune. again we will find us in world of fascination. With the slowly coming up of the sun the colors of the sanddunes are changing - from a cold yellow to a warm rose and red. then the breakfast is waiting for us in the nomade tents. afterwards we will go back with the camels. the slow pace of the camel brings us close to metitation. after a good shower in the auberge we will leave drive by car to a little village where we will see the dance of the Gnaoua music. this music is origine of the black people in morocco. night in the auberge.

Day 7

today we follow the sandunes to there northend. Then we ride through little mountains, cantering over big planes and cross trough empty rivervalleys. In the afternoon we reach a little desert mountain chane. it´s and old corallrif. There you can find Fossils. the people take this fossils out of the ground to make tables, plates, ashtray... the cmp is beside this corallrif.

Day 8

our last ridng day brings us through little sanddunes, then big white planes. endles galopps against the palmeria of Tafilalet. many small irrigationcanals goes from filed to filed. so all fields are very green. mostla there grows wheet and alfa-alfa for the animals. we ride on little ways in the middel of this oasis. soon we have to say goodby to the horses. by car we drive back to ouarzazate. diner and overnight in the hotel.
